Shipping policy

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. Most physical items are made to order; please allow approximately 7–10 business days for preparation before shipment unless the product page states otherwise. Delivery time after shipment is additional. We will email you if we expect a longer preparation time.

Local San Diego pickup

Local pickup may be available by prior arrangement. Please email support@823crafts.com before placing your order so we can confirm availability and provide ordering instructions. Pickup is not an option at standard checkout; placing a shipping order does not reserve a pickup. We will share the pickup location and timing privately after confirming your request.

Digital products

Digital products, when available, are delivered electronically and do not require shipping or pickup.
